The FIVB on Wednesday signed a groundbreaking partnership with Fukuoka Prefecture, the Oceania Zonal Volleyball Affiliation (OZVA) and the Japan Volleyball Affiliation (JVA), marking a major step in direction of the event of volleyball and seashore volleyball in Asia and Oceania.
