MANILA, Philippines — Metro Pacific Tollways Corp. (MPTC) intends to begin constructing a toll highway that hyperlinks Manila-Cavite Expressway (Cavitex) and Cavite-Laguna Expressway (Calax) in addition to Phase 3B of the Cavitex C5 Hyperlink mission by June, with goal completion set in 2025.
